Royal Mail Group is the parent company of the UK’s national postal service, Post Office and Parcelforce Worldwide, with a total workforce of almost 193,000 people in the UK.
Project:
After a complete rebrand of Royal Mail Pension Plan’s member communications and a number of Plan changes, there was a requirement to update all basic literature, including the member booklets.
The Plan has two sections; Section A/B and Section C. A main member guide was drafted for each section including all basic information, with five subsequent guides (for each section) providing detail for more specific situations, such as death benefits, flexible retirement and ill-health benefits. All booklets are A5 to reduce postage costs, and the main guide features a ‘fold-out’ glossary cover which members can keep open for easy reference as they read through the booklet.
