BAE Systems were launching a new pension scheme for their executive members. The scheme applied to a relatively small number of people, but included three categories, each with different rules and levels of benefit. For these reasons, producing a traditional paper based booklet would be expensive.

Instead, we developed an eBooklet format which is cost effective to produce in small quantities and can be easily updated and reproduced in the future. Following the usual drafting and design phase, the page layouts were inserted into a user interface which allows the reader to zoom in and out of the pages, print pages, navigate quickly through the contents, open an interactive glossary of terms and much more. The booklet is held on CD-Rom within a DVD case which also holds a paper joining form and letter.
