It was great to come back to work today to find that we have had several members complimenting us on the improved presentation of the benefit statements, and a stream of members asking for expression of wish forms or AVC increase forms.

This month's competition

Two of the primary skills of a good communicator are 'thinking beyond the obvious' and 'bringing logic to confusion' - skills that have helped SHILLING to deliver many successful communication campaigns. But logic and lateral thinking does not always have to be serious, it can be a lot of fun too...

Our 2010 quizzes are designed to test your logic and lateral thinking abilities.

When you think you've cracked the answer, send us your entry. The first answer pulled out of the hat at the end of each month will receive £50 of high street vouchers.
