With the move from final salary to money purchase pension provision, there has been a shift towards members having to take responsibility for planning their future.
Trustees and employers may not be able to provide advice, but they do have the responsibility to provide clear and concise information about DC pension and investment issues so that members feel able to make their own informed decisions.
