Project description

The Bayer Pension Scheme trustees were keen for their DC Section Members to understand the importance of playing a more active role in planning for their retirement.

They decided to undertake an extensive review of their investment choices the result of which was a decision to provide a new range of lifestyle options and self-select funds. To help communicate these new options an ‘Investment Guide’ was required to help members understand choices now available.

The key theme for the guide was the use of four ‘typical’ member scenarios that represented different ends of the spectrum in terms of planning for retirement.
