Project description

When Lend Lease changed their UK DB Scheme to a CARE arrangement, they provided members with a DC top up to supplement their reduced level of benefits.

Lend Lease were keen that members would make active decisions about their investment choice, so we helped them develop a 'get involved' campaign to encourage members to take control over the DC elements of their pension through investment choice and contribution level. In response to the communications issued, 17% of members made active decisions about their investment choices.
