Following an internal review of HR processes and procedures, RSA were looking to reduce some of the common queries that line managers were addressing to the HR Departments.
We devised a 'desktop guide' to be sent to all line managers. The guide is broken down into 12 leaflets which each cover a particular HR issue, such as recruitment, training or discipline. The guides are held within a CD jewel case which stands on line managers' desks for reference when required. The HR team have received positive feedback from managers across the Group and the guide (which is designed around photography taken in-house at SHILLING) has been used by the external branding agency as a showpiece for how the corporate branding should be applied.
