A FTSE 100 company, RSA is one of the world's leading insurance groups providing general insurance products to over 20 million customers worldwide.

Project description

An employee benefits survey at RSA revealed low understanding and appreciationg of the overall value of the benefits provided. Working alongside RSA's HR team we analysed the results of the survey and drafted a booklet covering each of the 40 available benefits. The booklet includes a short overview of the available benefits and then uses tabbing to guide readers to the relevant page. Alongside the booklet we produced an online calculator where employees could enter their details and perform calculations to see the real value of their benefits package.
