SHILLING Leads the Way in Championing Good Local Business
Liss-based SHILLING Communication, a company specialising in employee benefits and pensions communication, announced today that, following achieving Gold Status in June, it has gone on to achieve the Investors in People (IIP) Champion Status – the highest possible grading.
A major part of achieving this new status will mean SHILLING will engage even more fully with the local community by sharing examples of best practice through doing presentations to inspire others, mentoring other organisations and hosting open days to their Liss office to allow others to see what it is to be an IIP status holder and how it can be achieved.
IIP champions are a defined as a group of ‘role model organisations’ and this status is to recognise and reward those who have been outstanding in promoting the values of IIP by leading by example in the way they manage and develop their staff.
