Project description

The Valuation Newsletter, issued by Lend Lease every three years, communicates results of the Actuarial Valuation to all members.

A heavyweight document, it contains complex and detailed and information about the performance and value of the company pensions scheme. Our challenge was to present this complex information in a simple and logical format, structured in a way which members would easily understand.

Connecting with the reader and communicating the relevance and importance of this information was a key objective and a vibrant, informal visual style was developed in harmony with their corporate brand. The ‘sketchbook’ theme was designed to reflect Lend Lease’s property expertise with their showcase buildings used as graphs and charts.
