ITT Industries is a high-technology engineering and manufacturing company with a portfolio of businesses that include fluid technology, defence electronics and systems and motion and flow control.

Project description

The Pensions Department at ITT Industries was keen to send an annual newsletter to members of the Company’s new Retirement Savings Plan. Playing on the first letters of ‘Retirement Savings Plan’, we developed ‘RSVP’ as a title for the newsletter to reflect the theme  ‘getting back to you’ and responding to employee needs by providing information in a way that was relevant for members. Issued once a year, RSVP includes summary report and account information as well as general articles of interest.

 The business is made up of a number of individual companies and each issue of RSVP features one of more of these, making it relevant to as many employees as possible.
