Xerox is a leading document management company which manufactures and sells a range of printers, photocopiers, digital production printing presses and related consulting services and supplies.

Project description

Xerox has a complex final salary scheme with a number of historical terms and conditions causing different groups of employees to have different benefit levels. To help members make more informed decisions, we built a user-friendly online modeller which helps members see their pension at any early retirement age, the comparative level of projected pension and the effect of paying in AVCs from any age in the future. It also allows members to include past AVCs in the calculations if appropriate and there is a variable that allows members to see the effects of salary inflation on their pension.
