Project description

Where does anyone start when they are looking for information? The internet! That’s why, when ESB told employees that they were looking to make changes to the pension scheme, they needed a dedicated pension website. The company was proposing some significant (and complex) changes to the pension scheme and this ‘hub’ of information formed an integral part of the communication strategy that we developed for ESB. The homepage featured videos that used animation to explain the key areas of the changes. A sophisticated modeller gave members the opportunity to put the changes into context and demonstrate exactly how they would be affected. A two-way Question & Answer section give employees that opportunity to voice a question that someone in the Pensions Office would answer.
