Head of Business Operations

Within SHILLING, I head up our Business Operations team, keeping the cogs turning in the background so that our consultants, designers and multimedia specialists can offer a high quality communication service to our clients.

My main background experience is in IT and telecommunications, but since joining SHILLING, my role has developed and I have taken on responsibility for all of our office facilities and health and safety too. 

Outside of the office my time is spent with my family; Sarah, my very supportive Fiancée and Connor, my little boy. I also referee and play roller hockey whenever I can find the time and am General Secretary of the British Roller Hockey Association executive committee.
