Hello! I'm responsible for pushing forward new thinking, innovation and service development in multimedia communications at SHILLING.

I have been in the pensions and benefit industry for over 20 years, and I now realise I'm here for life. So I had better make the most of it! Like many people, I've been all over the place - I've worked in the big actuarial consultancies as well as in small businesses, and overall I've enjoyed the variety of experience - working with blue chip companies, SMEs and specialist organizations.

I am determined that our approach remains "keep things easy for the user" whether that's our clients or the end-users. Design and pretty pictures only provide a backdrop for things that have to work well, first time and simply.
