We were really pleased with the newsletter which was produced on budget and within some challenging timescales. It met our objective to provide one communication vehicle on behalf of the Group for the benefit of our entire UK workforce. |

Most plan to retire at 61-65
A recent survey by IFF Research revealed that most employees expect to retire between age 61 and 65 regardless of how much they earn.
- 44% of workers who earn under £25,000 a year expect to retire at this time of life compared with 35% who earn more than £25,000.
- Machine operatives and those in 'elementary occupations' were the biggest group (60%) who expected to retire early
- Only 3% of those under age 35 expected to work beyond age 70.
Clearly there is a long way to go in terms of financial education and member engagement...!
